it is clearly evident that Chinese New Year celebration has started because at 10am this morning I can hear the honking of a car because apparently another car had illegally parked adjacent to it and the owner of the car, chinese, was with his family, all dressed colourfully. at 10pm on the same day, i almost strangled a 5-7 year old kid because his fire sparklers were too damn noisy and smoky.
well, i can't complain because singapore is a multi-racial society, so they say.
